Westfield Playhouse & SAWs Polo at Sunset Charity Event
Enjoy a summer evening at a polo match! Open to polo amateurs and enthusiasts alike!
Servants at Work (SAWs) is a faith-based, nonprofit organization dedicated to providing freedom to low-income, permanently disabled individuals by constructing wheelchair ramps to the exterior of individuals’ homes. Proceeds for this event benefit Westfield Playhouse and SAWs.
Where: Hickory Hall Polo Club
7551 East 100 North in Whitestown (Just north of Zionsville and only about 12 minutes from the old Playhouse)
When: Friday, August 28
Time: Gates open at 5 PM
Pre-polo festivities begin at 5:30 PM
Polo match starts at 6 PM
Admission: $20 per carload. Pay at the gate; cash is preferred.
Parking: Free parking is available on the north end of the polo field. Field-side tailgate parking on the east side of the field is also available on a first come, first served basis.
Pre-polo festivities: Wine Pull, 50/50 Raffle, Silent Auction, Stick Horse Race, Airplane Candy Drop, and LA Café food truck
Be sure to bring: Your lawn chair, blanket, tent, picnic basket, beverages, and your favorite tailgate activities. Make sure your pets are leashed and be sure to clean up after them. No grills allowed.
Support MSP: If you would like to show your support for Westfield Playhouse, reserve a tailgate space. Tailgate spaces are located on the west side of the field and provide a great view to watch the match. Comp tickets to the Playhouse, wine from Urban Vines, and other goodies are included in your tailgate space.
